Inferred Ratings

Predyct ERM allows users to deduce what the rating of a company should be based on rating agency specifications for the default probabilities associated with the different rating levels. Predyct ERM enables users to:

• Identify how much of a company's net worth could be lost over the next 12 months and with what probability.
• Infer a company’s shadow rating based on its bankruptcy probability.

This information will assist the user by providing:

• An understanding of a company's financial stability
• A mark-to-market (for assets) and mark-to-model (insurance liabilities) valuation of a company on a quarterly basis
